In the event of a school cancellation prior to 1 January 2018, the delegate fees are refundable. From 1 January 2018 forward, delegate fees are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, schools will be refunded the delegate fees. All other expenses such as flights, accommodation and transport are a matter for the schools themselves. Schools are therefore encouraged to discuss insurance cover with their agents for all other expenses connected with the trip.
Applications from schools which have been previously accepted may also be withdrawn prior to payment of the delegate fees. Therefore, schools are advised not to pay any other expenses (e.g. flights, accommodation) prior to paying the delegate fees and receiving confirmation that payment has been received by the host school and that the booking for the conference is fully confirmed.
